ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Your order will receive the utmost care. All Made to Order items will be processed within 4-6 weeks after the order is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Havord accepts the following forms of payment:  

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo

Your billing address and shipping address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your financial institution for assistance.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICES

All Havord garments, shoes, and accessories are Made to Order especially for you. Our process takes
approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is submitted.

Personalized and Made to Order items are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, once an order has successfully been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or returned for a refund. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to correct any manufacturing flaws or defects, which must be brought to our attention within 1-3 days after your order is received. Please contact us immediately at inquiry@havord.com.

It's important to note, our products are crafted by hand and may have some natural characteristics
and flaws in the leather and stitching.
